Ceres McHenry Museum is a museum in Ceres, California. The McHenry Museum was founded by the McHenry family and opened to the public on October 15, 2004. McHenry Museum has been designated as a “California Point of Historical Interest” by the State of California.

The McHenry family started collecting artifacts from around 1900 until they donated their collection to San Joaquin County in 1974. In 1991, McHenry’s descendants established an endowment fund for maintaining and operating Mc Henry Museum at its current location on Main Street in Ceres.

In 2002, McHenry Library Foundation was incorporated to assist with fundraising efforts and provide educational programs for children and adults about local history and culture.
